Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We find that in many cases contacting our customer service team will resolve any issues that you have encountered, and so before requesting a return, please email us at support@lifegivingwarmth.com and we will do all that we can to help resolve your issue.

If for any reason you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. To start a return, please email us at support@lifegivingwarmth.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

For reasons other than quality issues, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping to get the product back to us. A refund will be applied to the payment method initially used for the purchase after we have received and processed your returned product. Original shipping charges will not be refunded 

We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website. If you need to return a Life Giving Warmth item purchased on another website, please contact the store from which it was purchased.

Warranty

We stand behind our products, and our goal is for you to be a customer for life. If you ever have an issue with any of our products, please contact us directly and we'll make sure you‚ are smiling when we are finished. If we don't have happy, satisfied customers, we don't have anything!

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims, so please be sure to register for your warranty below.

All Life Giving Warmth (LGW) blankets carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. LGW batteries carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. In all cases, warranties are given to the original purchaser only and are not transferable.

Exceptions: The warranties do not cover packaging, manuals, wear and tear, improper storage or transport of the product, incidental or consequential damage to persons or property caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, contamination, modification, alteration, accident, abnormal conditions of operation or mishandling, including failures caused by use outside of the product specifications, power supply surges, line power surges, power spikes or acts of God. The warranties do not cover color changes due to exposure to environment, smoke, fumes, water or abuse. The warranties do not cover damage occurring in shipment of the product or failures which are caused by other connected products, faulty installation, improper adjustment, or service, alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than LGW. Products must be returned to LGW for any warranty service.
